Holding a degree in Business Administration and Finance, Asaf entered the insurance industry over two decades ago. A recognized expert in financial planning and capital markets decision-making, he co-founded Profit Financial Services with Shlomi Elberg in 2006. Under their joint leadership, Profit has grown into Israel’s most successful insurance agency.

Daniel has held senior executive positions at Israel’s largest institutional organizations, including The Phoenix, Clal Insurance, and Migdal. At The Phoenix, he served as Deputy CEO and Head of Long-Term Savings & Life Risks, as well as Chairman of the Board of Phoenix Advanced Investments.
Chief Economist & Deputy CEO
Amir previously served as Chief Economist of The Phoenix Group, Chief Economist and Chief Strategist at Clal Finance, and as a lecturer in Economics at Ben-Gurion University. He is a member of the Bank of Israel’s Forecasters Forum and of the Public Committee on the Consumer Price Index of the Central Bureau of Statistics. At Profit, Amir is responsible for developing institutional investment strategies, optimizing savings-track selection for clients, and providing professional economic guidance to the firm’s financial planners.
Deputy CEO, Business Development
With over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, Yaron holds a degree in Business Administration and International Relations. His previous senior roles include: Vice President at Phoenix, Deputy CEO at Menora, Head of the Senior Citizens Division at Migdal, CEO of Simhon Insurance, CEO of Accord Insurance Agency, and Vice President at Marsh. He is also one of the founders of the Arrangement Managers Forum.
Chief Investment Officer
Kfir brings two decades of experience in the capital markets and currently serves as CEO of Eitan Hedge Funds. His previous leadership positions include: Chief Investment Officer at Harel Finance Group, Head of Pension Investments at Clal Insurance, and Deputy Head of Proprietary Trading (Nostro) at Migdal Insurance. A former IDF officer, he continues to serve as a reserve company commander at the rank of Major.
Portfolio Manager, Pharma Fund
Previously Chief Investment Officer and Co-Founder of Nexthera (NYC), Ori also established and headed the Global Healthcare Research Department at Sphera. In addition, he co-founded and managed the Research Division at Leader Investments.
Head of Equity Investments
Eyal oversees investments in the Eitan Flexible Fund and brings more than 23 years of capital market experience. He formerly served as Head of Equities at Psagot Brokerage, and prior to that as Head of Israeli Equities at Clal and Migdal.
Head of Fixed Income Investments
Golan leads investments in the Eitan Opportunities Fund and brings 20 years of capital market expertise. He most recently managed the Tradable Debt Division at Clal Insurance and previously served as Head of the Bond Desk at Migdal Insurance.
Head of Real Estate Investments
Shlomo holds a BA in Business Administration from Middlesex University, London, and an MBA in Business & Economics from The University of Edinburgh. He began his career as a portfolio manager at Yelin Lapidot Investment House, and has since held senior positions in leading investment firms and venture capital. For over 15 years, he has specialized in international real estate investment.

With a career spanning more than two decades, Maoz previously served as CEO of Discount Capital Markets (today Discount Capital). For nearly eight years, he also acted as Chairman, Director, and Investment Committee member at various leading companies and investment funds. Currently, he serves as CEO and shareholder in the general partners of two credit funds, as well as Director of their subsidiaries.
